Our Purpose message is "YMI Service Group will strive to be the positive change we all want to see in the world."

 

Now we understand, that is a lofty statement and goal, but we believe that the incentive model
we have built to incentivize our partners (both private industry and non-profits) will allow us to
impact that goal.

 

We are committed to set aside up to 4% OF ANNUAL SALES to go to a variety of ministries, community groups, and non-profits that are determined by OUR CLIENTS.

The more business that runs through YMI Service Group, the greater the opportunity to fund those non-profit partners that are important to our Client groups.

In addition to these efforts, YMI Service Group is committed to providing access, and sourcing candidates from the most diverse grouping of candidates available. We are committed to utilizing our capabilities and technology to allow our Clients to expect the best and brightest candidates from a diverse candidate pool. As such, we are committed to identifying and sourcing candidates from as many as 50 different diverse candidate sources, and will continue to utilize technology to continue to eliminate pre-determined biases that may be present in the sourcing, recruiting and hiring processes.
